Igneus.wine offers you the possibility to receive the products purchased directly at your home or at the place of your choice.
We work with the best courier companies in this country, selected under strict criteria of professionalism and guarantee for our customers.
All shipments are insured so that the customer does not run any risk and can always receive their products in perfect condition.
Shipping costs and delivery times:
Shipments to Spain, European Union and Abroad are allowed
Shipping costs are variable, according to the table of weights and volume of the package, all shipments to the Balearic Islands are exempt from any promotion on shipping costs.
The delivery time at the delivery address is from 24 to 72 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, from 08.00 to 19.00h*.
* The delivery time may be delayed due to logistics problems of the transport company.
Guarantee and return or exchange of an article:
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a return by sending an e-mail to email@example.com .
The return period is 7 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The return of the amount will be effective in the same payment method in which it was made at the time we receive the goods, which will be sent to us by the customer assuming the shipping costs.
The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the accessories or gifts included if applicable.
The return of the amount will not be effective until the merchandise does not arrive at our facilities and it is verified that the product has not been manipulated or altered in any way.
If the return is due to the product is defective or is not the requested, as well as defective products that are under warranty, the cost of collecting the goods will be borne by igneus.wine .
If the product is defective or was not that ordered you may request the exchange within a period not exceeding 24 hours. In this case the costs of collection and delivery of the goods will be borne by igneus.wine.
If on the contrary, the change is due to the customer not wanting the product, the customer must send us the goods taking over the shipping costs.
Once the goods are received, we will proceed to send the new product with the customer assuming 10€ of shipping costs to be paid by cash on delivery.
If the change is made through a return shipment, the cost of the same is 15€ and the amount is paid by cash on delivery.
The exchange of the product will not be effective until the goods arrive at our facilities and it is verified that the product has not been manipulated in any way.
The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the accessories or gifts included if applicable. After checking the state of the product, the amount will be returned according to the same payment method used by the customer (in cash payments, the amount will be returned by bank transfer).
All product prices include VAT.
